Executive Director of the Canadian Chamber Of Commerce In The Czech Republic

Basic conditions/Role profile:

-          Vital and communicative service-oriented person

-          Excellent knowledge of Czech and English

-          Organisational and negotiation skills and experiences, self-governing person

-          Customer care and sales experiences

-          Good knowledge of event management

-          Time flexibility

-          Use of standard communication technologies and applications

-          Basic understanding of finance

-          Contract with no fixed working hours, home-office, entrepreneur´s licence (IČ)

-          Personal contacts within the hotel environment in Prague is a benefit

-          Ongoing reporting to the Board of Directors through the President

Job description:

-          Propose, organise and manage networking events in accordance with the approved plan

-          Cooperation with the Embassy of Canada in Prague and other partners

-          Ensure high level communication with members on a regular basis

-          Acquisition of new members

-          Looking for sponsors and other sources of income

-          CCC web-site

-          Benefits for members

-          Responsibility for an admin staff and cooperation with external admin partners

-          Payments and other banking services

-          Submit monthly reports

-          Prepare documents for meeting of BoD and AGM

Commencement:  ASAP

Contract for unlimited period with 2-month notice

Remuneration:  depending on particular work-load approximately 500 000 CZK p.a.  Monthly invoicing. Annual bonus based on a scheme approved by the Board of Directors
