We invite you for an evening full of original specialities organized by the NH Collection Prague Hotel in the Il Giardino Toscano Restaurant. The 5-course menu will be prepared for you by hotel’s Executive Chef Filip Šulc and his perfect team.

- Marinated oyster with shrimp´s chips
- Lobster meat smoked on the spruce needles, cauliflower purée with topinambur, lentils in demi-glace, fish sauce
- Ravioli filled with duck meat served with tomato concasé and chicken chips
- Beef rib eye steak with leather of wine grapes, teared pasta and onion purée
- Flambée chocolate dessert
