The project ‘Klusymfonie’ returns to Prague after a year; the singer songwriter Tomáš Klus has joined forces with the band ‘Cílová skupina’ and the symphonic ensemble FOK. Before the premiere, Tomáš confided: "Honza Lstibůrek took on the task of re-fashioning the arrangements of my confessions for symphonic orchestra. When he sent me the first arrangement, he warned that ‘it sounds funny in Midi’; after the first hearing, I locked myself in, and cried. I cried with surprise, joy, humility, gratitude and anticipation." These are not just any arrangements, they are challenging for the players, full of solos for the orchestra players, and they perfectly underline the emotions and mood of individual songs. In the pre-Christmas time, we’ll hear them in the elegant setting of the Smetana Hall, where the positive energy, humility, and tenderness that pours out of Tomáš Klus in concerts can impact us in full.
