Annual General Meeting 2026

Dear Members of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce,

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Chamber, we would like to invite you to Annual General Meeting 2026.

This year, with the election of members to the Board of Directors and the Administrative/Advisory Board for the 2026–2028.

Members wishing to stand for election to the Board are requested to complete the Registration of Candidacy form and return it to the Chamber office. The introduction of each candidate will be sent to all members before the AGM.
If you are unable to attend the AGM in person, you can appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf at the AGM. The form can be downloaded HERE.
