    The fantastic atmosphere of the event was the result of the combination of the amazing venue of the Hotel Augustine and the adjacent monastery, as well as the delicious food and exceptional wine from the Bordeaux region. A virtual tour of the cellars added to the unique experience. Thank you once again to our partners, Hotel Augustine and Magna Automotive (CZ), and to all our wonderful guests. We were pleased to welcome the new Ambassador of Canada to the Czech Republic H.E. Emily McLaughlin.

    How else to celebrate the Day of the Establishment of the Independent Czechoslovak State than with Bedřich Smetana's masterpiece Má vlast (My Homeland). Moreover, in the Municipal House, where the independence of sovereign Czechoslovakia was proclaimed in 1918, and in the hall that bears the composer's name.
